Are you taking good care of you body?
Working in online business is not the healthiest job you can have.
We are staring for hours at that screen in an unnatural pose.
If we are planning to do this for years to come, we have to take good care of our body.
Be honest here!
Are you doing this?
Are you taking regular breaks?
Do you exercise at least a few times a week?
Don't forget to treat your body well.
Here's where I spend between 1-2 hours every day from Monday to Friday.
And sometimes on the weekends, too.
It's the private gym of my brother's in law.
I am grateful that they let me use it for free!
So, what are you doing?
Let me know in the comments below!
Cheers
Moritz

I go outside and get on the trails, and run 30 min to 90 min, 5-6 days per week, with a 2-6 hour hike/run on the weekends. This post is a good reminder that I need to hit the gym or at least do some weight training a couple times a week too.
I get some of my best ideas when outdoors running or hiking in nature. The challenge is to remember them or to bring along a mini waterproof notepad and pen or a cell phone for writing down the notes.
I cycle 1 hour everyday (outdoors on the road) except sundays :)
The importance of exercise, healthy food and enough sleep at the right hours must never be ignored!
That is great advice Moritz. We are in a sedentary business, we can't forget to keep our bodies haealthy not only our minds!
Absolutely.
When I was working full-time for a software company, I hardly did any exercise.
It was terrible and I wasn't really feeling well.

Haha.
During the first month, it was a torture room for me, too. ;)
Now it's actually fun and satisfying. :)
I understand. Back to your starting question. I do run, every second evening, this has been so in the past 13 years. Mountaineering is another activity but I am in Belgium so the nearest mountains are 800-1000 km away, imagine my misery.
Great that you have been running regularly for such a long time.
It's a shame about the mountains, though.
I think the nearest are those about Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I was driving from Leuven to there and then continue up the mountain, without sleeping did it twice that way, for Zugspitze and Alpspitze. Your land, you know it.
It's great to run with your dog Gerlinde, this is wonderful exercise, healthy for you and your best friend!
I am also veeery lazy (one "e" less than in your case). Why standing if you can sit, why walking if you do not have to. It is the minimum energy principle, pure physics.
Very strange coming from a mountaineer Jovo, how can you climb mountains if you are lazy?!
Wow, I am glad I'm not the only one! :D
Going for a walk in nature without seeing anybody except my dog... :D That's enough for me...
I envy you, this is how I imagine a perfect walk. I had a dog only in my childhood and miss it.
The same I hear at home from my wife. This is something else, one could call it a sort of religion, or perhaps in simple scientific terms just the adrenaline in the blood.
I always wanted a dog, now she is 12,5 years old.. but you are not flexible with a dog.... that's the other side.

Physical therapy twice a week and dietary regimen does the trick for me!
Sounds good. :)
