Update on the Challenge
As some of you may know, if you've read some of my previous blogs, I'm doing the Master Cleanse Diet and posting about it as a review for my website.
It's been getting more and more difficult everyday to resist the temptation of food, but here's the magical thing about blogging about it. I've never been more motivated in my life to stick to a plan like religiously. I guess it just goes to show the power of having an audience.
This is something that I think we can all use to our advantage though. I mean, we all have an audience, so in theory we can all get motivation from that idea. For example, if you're having trouble posting, you could always leave a note at the end of a post saying when you will be posting again, or a deadline you have for a post. Then you have an audience expecting a post on a certain date, which can give you a nice kick in the butt if you need it.
For example, if you want to write a post about a product that would be a great gift for valentines day, then you can write at the end of one of your post, something like...
"And don't forget to check out (enter product post name here), where I'll show you a great gift to get for that special someone, on that special day coming up... Valentines day!" blah-blah-blah, etc.
That way, you know you'll have to post it at least a few days before valentines day so people have time to order/buy the product. So your deadline will be the 10th, let's say, and your readers will be expecting you to post by the 10th at least. Boom ,insta-pressure; the kind you might need if you like to procrastinate.
So i'll sign off with this last remark: "Thank God for the Blog!"

I hope that master cleanse diet goes well for you :D. a friend of mine did it at work a bit back. however, she found out she had some stomach ulcers forming, and this cleanse seemed to have made them more irritated. take care in the process and dont push too far :D
