Paypal finally Agrees My Account Is Being Hacked.

I finally got a message from Paypal during the night agreeing that there is suspicious activity connected to my account. I did not even ask for a third review. I think the block on my bank account that only allows for deposits must have frustrated the hacker into betraying himself.

I had to agree to run my anti-virus. When I try to submit the agreement at the moment nothing happens.

I had to change my password again.

Upload a picture-identity document.

I still have limitations on my account until everything is sorted out. I will however be reimbursted for my 600 dollars. It will be in my paypal account. I would like to know if I can send it to myself.
