Any feedback is really appreciated and I also need some advice for my homepage info, as I'm finding it a little challenging to write close to 500 words on the homepage about video games. So please, let the comments fly and let me know what you think. Thanks guys and gals :)

Since your main domain is pretty generic I would almost like to see your "about me" page as your "home" page. It's a great intro as to what your site will be about.
Like I said, your domain is pretty generic and you said you want to focus on a lot of things. One way you can do that is:

gamingnbeyond.c o m/games/adventure/thirdperson/tombraider
or
gamingnbeyond.c o m/gameguides/worldofwarcraft/levelingguides/zygorguides
do you see what I am getting at?
You want to be focus on an area and you are going to have to organize your site around those different areas. The more specific you are the easier it will be to get your site to rank for those items.
In Wordpress you can easily create menus, sub-menus and categories that can help you achieve that.
Get a better theme. A light colored, clean theme will be great.
Lots of potential with this site and it's awesome to see you take so much action so quickly.
Ok I see where you are getting at. I definitely was going to go for the lighter theme later on, I just did that to make sure I could set up my site as fast as possible. Also, you hit the nail on the head as far as me having a general based website. I wanted to be specific, but I know I focused on a lot of things, I just didn't know what I was going to do to get the sub categories in, but I see know that I can create the sub menus.
I definitely have an idea for that as well. I also like the idea about the "About Me" page being the home page as to be really honest, I didn't know what to put for my home page lol. I have seen some examples where some people use the about me page as the home and it had a personal feel to it that I felt would engage more traffic do to seeming more like a real person, which I know is very good.
