When people join, how long do they stay?

I think you are asking the retention rates of premium aren't you.

yes.

Hi Monica, I'm new to WA but I'm a seasoned sales professional...If I understand the question correctly, you want to know how long does the average person stay with WA so you can figure out the anticipated commission pay out. If that's the case I read the average is somewhere between 2 and four months, however In my opinion and based on my experience,WA is a product and like any product as long as the end user finds value and has a need for the product, they will justify the cost. Years ago people thought that those who had cell phones were out of their minds paying such outrageous monthly fees, but for myself, the second I closed my first deal on a cell phone, I was hooked.. I've cried many of times about those outrageous bills over the years but I paid them cause I was hooked. I needed the service and would be haunted at the possibility of losing a sale because I couldn't be reached.. In my opinion, WA is a very valuable service. That's where I focus my marketing efforts. as long as the referral feels like the service is more beneficial then not, they will keep it.. hope this helps you.. best wishes!!

Sorry for the slow response....these messages are sometimes hidden till you figure out how it works. Thanx for taking the time to help me understand this better. I decided to go premium, my curious nature just wouldn't let me do otherwise, and test these waters. I managed to just complete my first .com site then looking to start another one doing the bootcamp. Still not feeling like I have the right key words. Thanx again. Appreciate your input very much!!! =)

Some stay for one month, others stay 3-4 months. A rare few have been here for much, much longer.

It depends on their needs, skills and success rate. I have only seen a small percentage go annual but there are some that do.

Finding quality recruits makes all the difference. What they are expecting when they arrive, if it meets their needs, is what keeps them.

That's an interesting question but, I think the only people who could answer that are not going to disclose that information publicly.

I would think the only reason they would not want to disclose that would be if it's not a good ratio. It seems to me that that disclosure would be appropriate for those who are doing their due diligence in building a WA business.

Wow...you are ranked 7!! How long did it take?

I'm very active in the community :)
