I use this theme and the instructions are probably pretty general.

Themes whose files are to large have to be FTP'd as well as Paid Themes.

Thank you. The video does make a good point that there's a big difference between the full package (PSD files, documentation, etc) and the theme package itself (just what needs to be installed).

Yes .... Several times .... Still the same Result ...

i am trying to DELETE the current active Theme ...

But i Do NOT see any option to do so ....

There is a Delete Option in the Bottom Right Corner of the In-Active Themes ... But I want to Delete my Current Active theme

You can't delete the active theme, you have to replace it with another. There are 2 things you can do, put in a support ticket here, or the support for your theme. As a paid theme, you should get good support.

I Now have the New Theme UPLOADED ... Yay ... !!

THE BAD NEWS :
I Get an Internal Server Error ... When i try to Preview the Theme
