1) Have set goals/ chores for them to pick up ( almost reach for toes), vacuum ( back and forth movement), dust (reach) .Timed race..
2) You can have them trampoline in the house to get their energy out or bounce on their bed a bit to run energy down.
3) Read can be an exercise to brain and calms with Yoga. Have a theme with the movements and to that book.
4) Arts and crafts making an exercise game. ex. Throw ball into baskets with soft pillow type balls.
5) Picking up food cans and using them as weights.
I find this very helpful! Put away the electronics as much as possible!
