Nobody says success is easy! Sucess needs a lot of hard work, beliefs, consistent, confidence and positives! So if you want to say anything at my back. You are always at my back. So stop saying success on your mouth only! Start taking action on what you said! Put hard works and be consistent. Believe yourself that you can make it there or even more! Be confidence! What people judge you is not your fault. It is just that they are not afford to see you making it to the top because they can't!

Down-line is a bit of a dirty word in this industry. When you say down-line what context are you using it in? I've seen it used around here a bit and when I hear or read down-line I think pyramid scheme. Care to enlighten me as to what you mean by 'down-line'?
