Making money online- Wealthy Affiliate is teaching me!
I don't want to trick you.
Actually, I'm still not earning anything. I'm on my 5th month as a Premium member, but have not had a penny.
I'm not frustrated though, I know it takes time. For most of us, I believe. You're lucky if you earn on your first 6 months of putting up a website.
I'm taking it slow, but sure.
I have only one website for now, although a lot of times, I'm tempted to make a few more to try other niches. But reading through the blogs of others, I learned that focusing on one is the best for me now.
This is my first ever website. I have dreamed of this for a while and it has happened!
Before Wealthy Affiliate, I only knew basic computer skills. I knew how to surf the internet, I had a Facebook account only ( no Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc ), I knew emailing but I had no idea about URLs, SEO, and other website stuff.
I don't remember how I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate, but before that, I was searching on how to earn online to add to our income.
Truly, I'm learning a lot here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I was impressed with the platform so, I enrolled as a Premium member, I think on my 3rd or 4th day as a free member.
And I have not looked back since.
I know that every dollar that I pay monthly is used wisely.
With the awesome trainings of Kyle, the support of the whole community and the support staff lead by Carson plus the live webinars of Jay, I can't ask for more.
I'm excited everyday to do something more for my website.
I'm quite slow building it up because I struggle with time, having a full time job, family and home responsibilities plus community life.
I am patient, of course, I know I will get there. I have to persevere and keep going.
For now, I am learning a lot, and looking forward to success, if not soon, but sometime!
Taking it one day at a time.
I have started my journey and it it will always be a forward march. No looking back.
Everyday, I do a little bit. Maybe not much, surely not more as I want to accomplish, but something to keep my website going and my online journey moving forward.
Every little thing that I accomplish daily adds up.
One training, starting a blog, improving my website, reading fellow WA'rs posts for inspiration, welcoming new members, doing live chats, there is always something to do.
Everyday is exciting and a learning opportunity. I know the money will come later.

I know, I'm actually tempted to start another website ( new niche ) but I know , I'm struggling with time , thus lesser posts in a month, so I really have to manage my time.
I know what you mean. WA gets our brains moving in all sorts of exciting directions! LOL X)
Most probably, we all are going through the stage of learning. I am still learning, and I think it is the best value I got from WA.
Slow but sure is the correct way to go. You have plenty of time to build your site and authority up.

It takes a while your website picks up that audience that will visit your place on a monthly basis. Don't panic, there's still time. Lot of things have to happen before you see your first dollar. Keep moving towards the goal.

I felt compelled to come over to you and your posts. You have left many comments on mine and are always inspirational to me.
Marita, you know your thing. Can I offer you one thing is don't go by what others say and trust your own judgement.
If you feel the need to build another site then go ahead and give it ago.
I am also not sure of your niche but as Kyle once said to me there are more than one way to fry a fish.
If you feel you need to move on then build another website you have 25 to mess around with. Sometimes one thing I like to do as I get bored very easily I build a site and Love it or hate it but I tried it.
You have given time to me so I will give you back my time. Shout out to me if you need to. I am always around.

I'm so honored Debs with your message to me and pushing me to follow my instincts.
My struggle really is TIME. I can;t devote 100% to WA because I work full time and have family and community responsibilities.
I believe I can devote more time but my health , famliy and my daytime job will suffer.
Are you working outside WA or you're fulltime with WA?
I have so much on my plate right now, so I can really just go slowly.
I will PM you for some help with structure of my website. Not now but probably tomorrow, it's late now.
