How do I delete the subdomain from the main website?
Hey Mary,
If you are referring to a WA hosted domain with a subdomain, deleting the subdomain is the same as deleting a domain, as it will be listed in your SiteManager: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites as a separate website (which, technically it IS a separate website).
The instructions for deleting it is the same as shown in the video below: Delete My Website If that site has content in it, you may want to take a FULL updated backup of that site BEFORE you delete it... juuuuust in case.

There are many plugins you can use to capture emails you will need an email marketing service provider to hold the email list and send out email campaigns. I have used AWeber for this and find them really reliable they also have a 30 day free trial to try them out. Although you can add opt=in boxes from AWeber I use a plugin called Thrive Leads which enables me to place option boxes and forms in different place on my site. I have down reviews of both these products on my newbie affiliate blog should you need more info. The blog link is on my profile.

Hi - you don't need a plugin, you need an autoresponder. Examples include Aweber, Mailchimp, GetResponse etc. Some of them are free, others have a monthly fee. You will need to research them to see which is the most suitable for you.

I want to add a subdomain that is related to a product I am going to promote. It has recurring income and continual updates with a lot of informational and resource full tools.
Hi - there is brand new training today that covers that exact subject. How to Use Subdomains To Create Affiliate Links
If you're talking about your own domain name then it should be free, as it's only a DNS change, that is, if you're pointing to the third party server?
Or do you mean the website will be hosted here at WA using WordPress?
You just need to contact SiteSupport for them to make the change

Subdomains are free, if you wanted to host a site on one of the subdomains, then this comes off your allocated hosting slots here. But again, still free, up to your maximum.
