Site will not Connect to HTTPS

I am having trouble with my website. It will not connect to Jetpack or the woocommerce plugin that I installed. I even changed themes and deactivated every plugin. Even after changing themes and deactivating every plugin the website said that it cannot connect to HTTPS/ SSL- and YES I have checked to make sure that my SSL is turned on and it even says in the WA site that everything is activated- including the jet pack even though it says it cannot connect! This is frustrating, does anyone have any input regarding this or have any experience with this?
