How to attach banners and links.

So I have a question, I recently switched my site to the WP "Sugar and Spice" format.
Which I like very well. But I am having difficulty adding affiliate links to the right side of my posts. I want them to be in a row streaming down the one side. Can anyone help me. Much appreciated. Thanks! Kate
