Budgeting Time
I'm hitting the "busy season" of my year and it's complicated this year by an impending outpatient surgery.
So tomorrow I sit down and figure out where I carve out regular time to work on the business. I'm not losing ground or momentum, no matter what other things demand my time and attention.

Hey MJ!
I've found that blocking out one hour in my calendar for the following really works well:
- Once per week for writing a "low hanging fruit" keyword-rich post (100 demand, >30 qsr in the keyword tool)
- Once per fortnight for writing a "high hanging fruit" keyword-rich post (ie: over 100 demand, up to 100 QSR in the keyword tool)
- Once per month for doing a MailChimp mailout
When you have downtime from 'real life' you can set extra reminders and make more posts, but I find this is the base amount I need to spend to keep my website current and keep the #1 Google ranking my website now enjoys.
All the best!
K

I take most of Sunday's off myself to keep my head straight.
