When to send to your safelists.

One of my upline who lives in the UK told me this:
"I am finding the best times to get results is to send emails in safelists/mailers between 1am-2am GMT (8pm-9pm EST)"

Then we can take the discussion further and argue which day of the week is best.
I have seen rather extensive articles elaborate this, which day, which time.
But I can't recall all the details. The time above is fine with me.

I'm living in Sweden so for me I often get referrals from Australia and time zones before them.
