I want to delete the theme name form my sites and I have no idea on how. Please, help me.
It depends on the theme. Is the theme name in the header or is it in the footer?
It is a similar process to removing the message 'powered by WordPress' as often the theme name is added next to that in the footer.

Go to your theme options, look for Footer.. there, you should be able to edit it... you may even have to activate the footer first. Every theme is different so it's hard to know how to instruct you but if you can get to the footer of your theme, that's where you edit it.
Not sure if that's possible with all themes. I want to see other answers.

Yeah it does depend on your theme - has any of this info helped or have you already figured it out?
If not - are you trying to remove it from the header or footer? What theme are you using?
