Time and Excuses

Ok guys!!! This is my second blog!!! It is about time and excuses!!!

I do not require a lot of sleep...maybe 4 hours of sleep per night!!! No matter what research says if I get more sleep than this I am less productive the following day!!! I do understand that everyone is different and that some people require 7 hours of sleep to function!!!

But....if you require even 7 hours of sleep that still gives you 17 hours of productive time per day!!! Say your day job requires 10 of those hours (on the high end)...you still have 7 hours!!! Being a female with 3 kiddos (and now one grandchild....who is super cute btw) I totally understand being busy!!! But....set a goal and stick with it!!! No excuses! Get up that extra hour-and-a-half early to get your work out in (1 hour) and 30 minutes of website time!!!! Make a bedtime for your kiddos!!! 9pm is a reasonable time (depending on age)! Then....spend an hour working on the dream of your life (website) so that eventually you can eliminate that 8-6 day job and spend that 10 hours driving traffic to earn even more revenue! That is an hour-an-a-half per day or 10.5 hours per week contributing to a better future!!! And...that is sleeping 7 hours, getting up at say 5:30 (work out til 6:30 (cause your body and health is important),work on website til 7, get kiddos up and to school and to work by 8!!!), spending afternoon with kiddos and kid activities and hubbie (6-9:30), and website work (9:30-10:30).

Isn't the long-term future of your happiness and well-fortune worth it? Don't you want to eventually be able to leave something to your kids and be that grandparent that is always there!?!?!

Sacrifice people!!! It will be worth it in the end! Work towards getting rid of that day job and start NOW!!!!
