Information..... for a newbie

Wow, I upgraded to Premium today and thought I would get stuck into all the information and training that I could possibly find in order to prepare myself for the first website.

I am a little confused on keywords I have to admit. Having used a different programme that stated you should use your main keyword for the title and the LSI key words throughout your main article, I have got a little confused.

What I think I have picked up from here is to create different pages throughout your website using the different key words, but am not sure if this is correct. Do you do different pages or different posts? Or do you just create good articles and load them onto streetarticle.com with links back to the main article.

Something I will be looking into before I start trying to make a go of it with my first website.

I have also looked at some training that mentions pillar articles, do all websites have to include pillar articles? My previous training suggested you could build sites using 3 different techniques, reviews, stories and indepth reviews. I think the pillar articles would be best suited for if you are trying to become a authority, not just for promoting a single product.

Anyway, i am sure I will find the answers I'm looking for within the community..

Thanks to everyone who is now following me..

You sound like you have the gist of things. This tutorial might help you understand the difference between pages and posts. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/pages-or-posts-when-how-to-use
Yes, focus on a keyword and create articles. Each article can go on a page or post in your site or can go in an article in a directory to help push traffic to your site.
