Hi, I was just on your site and noticed that most of your pages do not allow for comments. Perhaps this is why you are only getting comments in one spot. At first I thought comments were only allowed on posts, not pages. Someone pointed out to me that there is a checkbox in the "quick edit" for each page. Hope that helps!
