Are you using the GeneratePress theme, Hermina?
I found this a while ago and was so confused and concerned about it that I contacted Jay who showed me how to get around it.
His answer is in the blog post I wrote afterwards. That box usually self populates does it not, so wonder why it didn't put the whole title in!

Keyword count up to keeping then the rest is the 2nd part of the title. Ideally for keyword - I would go for four words personally -
mine would be something like Caring for an Elderly Parent when we are Away. I would look at Caring, Elderly, Parent, Away as the keywords which make up the Key Phrase - the 2nd part I think is fine as this is just a headline. I believe you can solve this by making the slug shorter I am not 100% sure.

The character count actually includes your website's name behind the title. Be aware.

the title is theh whole of the 'caring for elderly parents when......
all the way to the end at mobile....
i reckon that is about 92 characters...
