This is the first time I faced such a thing and perhaps I'm overreacting it, but, honestly, I don't think so.
Very shortly, I do my best to leave good, relevant comments whenever I comment an article. I do put in the effort to read through carefully, understand and correlate with the content.
So did I this time, as well, when commenting on a fellow member's site. I ran into the site again, and saw my avatar with a completely replaced comment. Not only edited a bit, but a completely different one. Something I never said, nor could I have, as it makes me being something-someone I'm definitely not. What's even worse, if anyone clicks on the avatar and gets to my site, It will make me look like a complete liar.
