I thought I'd have a play. I created the page Amazon Discounts ( https://www.facebook.com/AmazonDisc/ - go ahead please like and share it) . I was quite suprised when Facebook actually allowed me to place ads, I thought with the Amazon name, logo and picture they'd be against it.
I was able to get huge responses sharing ed sheerans album amongst other items. There have been over 300 clicks... but not 1 commission! Facebook advertising is quite expensive but I do not believe this will be worth the effort. Even if I had 2k people to like the page and organic viewers I think the uptake of getting them to make a sale must be very low. After all, After a reach out to almost 6000 ed sheerans fans with his album, I got 130 clicks and not 1 commission sale!
If anyone feels bad for me and would like to be the proud owner of my first Amazon commission sale please use this link :) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/deals/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl2&tag=amazondiscounts0a-21&linkId=57c64069dcaa5eb062aaae7ee4071dde
(Worth a try :D )
