I was looking today if Bing have their own web console, to which they do. After all not everyone unfortunately don't use Google. Upon their website at http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster they are offering £75 as a promotion prior to July to advertise your site.
I'm not sure what is offered in the States so be interesting to know. A quick glance through the T&C's and I'm not aware of any nasties. It says it takes a few days before they send you the code.
