My amazon success story part 2
Ok not really success but making some little cash. Not bad for a newbie. So you all read last time how my 1st Amazon check was for 200$ well this one will be over 400$. With little to no effort. (darn I wish my wife would do this full time). The ROI is pretty good too.
This could have been way better if I had only written down my tracking number on my Amazon shipping invoice. My shipment arrived at FBA on the 20th of December but everything showed up in inventory on the 26 of December WTF right. Well at least I learned that Amazon still sells your stuff after Christmas and even after the new year.
I still find that my books are not selling very well. I thought I would have sold more than a copy of The Secret and the Wealthy Barber :(
I will probably make a run to the stores this week and stock up. I posted some stuff for shipping from home without much success so far even if I have a great price and a good rank. I should be sending all this stuff to FBA this week.

Great to hear -- we were at Lowes 2 days ago and they had of all things doggie doors on sale in the main aisle, I guess as a close out -- we tend to wear them out and they can be expensive to replace so I took three up to the cashier, they were marked 10.72 or something like that -- turns out they were marked down to 5.31 or something from the markdown price (in that ballpark).
When we got home put one on Amazon just as a test for around $33 -- and tonight, 1 day later it sold -- so you just never know.
Congrats on your sales! Is it hard to get set-up with FBA? I was thinking about trying to sell some old books using FBA to clear some clutter, but I never pulled the trigger..

I have a ton of Children books that I found in a storage unit. None of these books are really valuable, but most are in pretty good condition. Is it worth sending them to FBA if they are only worth a few dollars (maybe) each?
Go on amazon and do your research. That is my best advice....just do it!!!
