Financially, my WA P&L isn't so great either, but how would I ever begin to put a monetary value on what I've learned?? That portion of my P&L is priceless.

It's a start Mike! That's the first thing I made was an expense report and then it morphed into a P&L when the money started to come in! Look back on the report in a year and it will be an eye opener!! :-)
