Hmmm, I'm not sure which settings you have on your site....is it set for a default home page or to show your blog roll? and which theme are you using?

Some are set by default to be showing the blog roll as a home page and some aren't. If it was, you may be able to find it under admin > Posts as a recently deleted one.

I'm not sure how much you've done already to your home page, but you can always make another one if you want it set to have a "home" or "front page" you'd go to Settings > Reading and choose which page you want for the home page there....at least that's how most of the themes I've tried out seem to work.

First though I'd suggest trying if Site Support here can help you with it. If your site is hosted here at WA they do make backups, so they may be able to get it back for you. I'd fill out a ticket first.
