My Rant of Irritation (People are Taking and Not Giving)
I have noticed that some of the people that I have left comments on their site do not return the favor. I feel that if I take the time to show support for your site then I should get the same in return.
Anyone who chooses to do that is nothing but a parasite. if I follow you on Google + and toss you some +1's then a decent human being would do the same. If I take time to comment on your site in order to help you boost your popularity and site health, a decent human being woud return the favor, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PUBLICLY SAID THEY WOULD. But I am noticing some lack decency.
Allow me to be brutally honest, and many of you will not like what I am about to say, if you are someone who goes back on your word, you are less than useless to me and if I followed you and you pulled this stunt, I will unfollow you!
There are people that go out of their way to help others on this site since we are supposed to be a community to help motivate each other to success. However, some people decide to just take and not give back. Again, YOU ARE A PARASITE IF YOU DO THIS. You are also dishonest and I can't stand dishonest people. It's really bad for business.
We all are here for the same reason, to make money and achieve financial independence. But if we are to be a community about this then some people here need to start acting community like.

And my I add: If the give and take thread here on WA does not work well for you, consider using the official "comment request" function, where you trade two comments written for one comment you receive. This may work better for you, as you don't have to trust anyone's word, but rather trade "credits" at a 2:1 ratio...
Hey Mike, I totally get your point and I totally agree (despite the harsh words :-) But your anger is quite understandable). You have a good point there...
When I ask the community for a favor, I always strive to return it! And to say thank you! Now, if someone just responds with "left a comment" without leaving a link right away (which barely happens, but sometimes it does), then I usually PM them to let them know that they can always reach out with a link so that I can return the favor as soon as possible.
However, I know that I'm not perfect, and if I happen to forget something, I have no hard feelings if someone PMs me and reminds me of my "duty" :-) I'm rather happy, because talking with each other is always key to prevent conflicts.
So maybe that's an option here as well: Just PM the people who owe you a follow-back, comment or +1 and kindly remind them.
Also, bear in mind that everyone here on WA has his or her own workflow. I, for example, usually check back between 12 and 24 hours later after posting a request for comments, and then try to bulk-return-the-favor :-) Maybe others do that as well (and for them it may take 48 hours or a week or so). So maybe it just takes a bit more time.
For comments, at least, I can say that I usually get comments back from others; but you are right: When you pay it forward that is something you expect from them. If one promises to return the favor, he/she should!

I have to agree with you on this because it is not right. Everyone should return the favor on looking over your site and relay comments so you know where you stand with your site. So far I have returned all comments on the sites that I review.
ChrisDe is right though do your feedback and comments through siterubix and might be better for you instead that is how I do it. So far so good it has worked out for me.
I would give that I try. See how that works for you and you earn credits to get your site looked at too. I hope this helps you out.
