Having writers block
I'm having issues with one of my pages on my website. I have just hit a brick wall because I don't know what to add to it. I have ideas in mind but just can't find the words if someone can please look at my site and if you could help give me ideas. I would greatly apprecciate it.

You can expand on the niche idea some. For example: "So what are you passionate about? You can write about anything you want - whether it be music, health, dogs, ..."
Mike, having writer's block is normal. Especially when you first start on your site. Don't worry about what others think. Just start writing, then clean it up as you go or before you make it public. You chose this niche so you must have something to say about it. I would suggest making an outline of keypoints you want to cover on this website, then break it down to what you want to cover on this page.

Hi Mike, I might be getting this wrong on what page your struggling with, I looked at your 10 foods to avoid. I would add 10 foods that you should add to your diet and how they will help your reader in losing weight.
Even diets or work outs that will tie in nicely with their new eating habits.
