Outsourcing on YouTube - How and Why?
If you really want to scale on YouTube, outsourcing becomes important at some point.
Many of you have asked me to make a video about this topic, and in this video I will explain more about what kind of YouTube tasks I outsource and also some important things to know to find great people to outsource to, what kind of budget you should expect, and where I find great talent.

I have often thought about outsourcing for YouTube, but I just don't have enough followers at this time to make that feasible. As income increases, your ideas would be great for me to apply to both YouTube and my website.

Good morning Mikael,
That's a very useful and helpful video, it's interesting to hear how members scale their business, once they reach a certain stage. I always think it's good to reinvest in our business, once we get to that stage of earning enough money.
Interestingly enough, I'm going deeper with video editing at the moment. I've had the software for many years, but only used Camtasia in its basic form. It has huge and amazing amounts of functionality.

Yes, Camtasia has a huge amount of features. Personally I use it mainly to record and then my editor uses it to do all the fancy edits:-)

One thing that I am aware of, is that although it's great and I'm really enjoying learning more about video editing, it is quite time-consuming. So it definitely makes sense that you are outsourcing your video editing, there is only so much we can do in a day.

I used to do all my editing and it was great to get the channel started and I also kind of enjoyed it. But I also realized that it was not possible to scale enough if I had to do it properly myself and that I would never be as someone that does it full-time. But until I reached an income where it made sense to hire someone, it was fine to do it myself.
I understand exactly where you're coming from, Mikael; it makes a lot of practical sense. There comes a time when we can't do everything practically our self.
