One thing I'm really happy about here in WA is that it is really a great composite of services that can and should help anyone become a successful financially. Whether that success comes in the form of income replacement, financial freedom and independence, or simple supplemental income; WA does really have a method of helping everyone do what they want to do.
Like with everything, it really does boil down to what each person does with the education they receive. We have to take sound action, then step back and look at what we did, finally hack into what we did to make it more efficient, effective, and effortless!
