Hi Laura,
Contact WA support to get your MS Exchange set up.
The hostname might be the incoming mail server name or the outgoing mail server name (SMTP Host Name).

Hi Tom, thanks for your reply. I’ve contacted them and they’ve added a line of text to my site, but so far no luck. Was ready to throw my laptop out of the window bit will give it another try some other day ;)

Hi all, I keep receiving mails from my own webmailaddress. So much it starts to get annoying but obviously I can't block the sender. Ofcourse, if this happens to my mailing lis
Do you just get an email as you add to your site? You should be able to change the settings by logging into your site email and change the settings so you don't get so many. I would check there to see what is getting sent. If not ask site support for more info.

Hi Douglas, thanks for getting back to me. If I'm not mistaken you mean the mails I receive from WP and so on. What I'm receiving is all spam, luring me into buying all sorts of crap, coming from my 'own' address. They don't come from the webmail.siterubix server, but someone (many maybe) is misusing my emailaddress that comes with the website from somewhere else. I receive them on my private gmail account, so they have that one too. Bummer!

Adding my signature to my posts/training here at WA is the same as it used to be... so I'm not sure what issues you are experiencing.
Simply click on the image icon provided in the pop out form provided for posts and training.
Hi Trish, I don’t think I completely understand. I mean adding it to an email, sent from the webmail platform. At settings it doesn’t give me the option to copy/paste a signature. But not to worry, I worked around it by adding the domain email to my gmail account. Thanks for your help anyway!
Webmail is designed to be used as a means of forwarding to other email programs like gmail, where you can setup your domain email in gmail AND add a signature to your gmail.

:) Don’t quit. Contact WA support again, they will figure that out.
