Who has some recommendations on them for vacation rental?

Hi am searching for a theme for vacation rentals?
Who has some recommendations on them for vacation rental?
Personally, I just go for a plain theme with a white background and black text. I know there are many real estate themes too though. Have you tried searching for "real estate" in the themes section of wp yet?
Thank you Nathaniell but I am also looking for the availability calender to install etc, just like booking.com, I guess I have to buy a software then or do you have any suggestions?
Ohhh, OK. I don't have any personal recommendations. Sorry about that! For theme creators I prefer Studiopress but not sure if they have what you're looking for.
