OMG! What have I done? - Can you please help me?
I am having some trouble with my website and I have no idea what I have done to caused it and how to fix it. I am hoping some of you have encountered these problems and maybe able to help me fix it.
Firstly, My google analytics traffic dropped to zero suddenly and stayed there up until now which is more than 2 weeks, not sure why.
Secondly, My referrals are all SPAM! Is that mean I have no one is visiting my site?
How can that be? I know my site is not the best but surely I should have some visitor coming.
What I don't understand is that I have some clicks (not many) recorded in my Google Webmaster Toos so, that means I have people visiting my site but why I have zero in my Google Analytics? I am really confused :-(
Thirdly, My bounce rate is 100%, not sure why because I have followed the lessons here at WA.
I am lost and don't know what to do.I appreciate any comments, tips, advice, opinions and help from you folks.

You have a very good website. It's pleasing to the eye and the articles are clear and helpful. I'm having trouble getting traffic too. I use the plugin WP-SpamShield. I haven't had spam coming through but the plugin has stopped lots.
I'm familiar with you feeling of discouragement - I've been there many times. Give it time. Do you promote your site on social media? I use Twitter. Don't overdo the promotion though. The suggestion is one ad for your site for ever 15-20 tweets. Tweet daily, sending useful information from other websites or ideas of your own that don't involve advertising. Get known.

Thank you for your encouragement, I appreciate you taking the time to check my website and sharing your own experience, opinion and tips to help me improve my site.
There is one thing that I have not done much, and that is sharing my contents to social media, so I should take your advice on that and see if my traffic will improve.
I am currently using WP-Spamshield, but I still get SPAM referral so I should check if I had settings correctly.

The spam ghosts are terrible. My site was over run by them until I installed filters. Best of luck!

There is a website that offers free service. They install filters for you. I don't recall the name but you may be able to ask the question here say in a WA blog perhaps.

Hi Maria, The best thing to do is set spam referral filters in your Google analytics. I have eliminated spam completely on my website.

Hi Maria.Wp spamshield is for comments that does not stop referral spam in Google analytics. I will try to find the website I used to set that up in Google Analytics an I will reply back to you with the link.

Hello Maria. I think you haven't set up your Spam function correctly in your wordpress and the 'Robot' spam is getting through.
This will also affect your Bounce rate big time because they are robot spam.
This will not look good to the search engines and that is probably why your Analytics results are so poor.
First thing you should do is get that Spam Setting right.
What Anti Spam are you using?

Thank you for your suggestion I will look into it and check if my SPAM setting is right.I am currently using WP Spamshield. Hopefully, it will fix my problems of SPAM, traffic, and bounce rate.

The WA SpamSield does work right out of the box.
