Working with AI to Make My Business Work Better

Hi everyone,
Experimenting a lot with AI now.
Using Voice and talking with ChatGPT Voice, I asked it to remind me of something in 5 minutes which it said it could do, but failed to do. That would be a nice feature in the future so I can just keep doing everything I am doing and be reminded of something I needed to do or check here in the house. I tried different variations of it trying to remind me in 5 minutes including counting out loud from 300 to 0, but after about 5 numbers it stops counting.
Next, I started working with ChatGPT to create a Publishing Bot to clean up and transcribe public domain PDF's of old book titles.
I submitted 4 PDF's as requested and it says it can take up to 5 days to process them.
Fingers and toes crossed on that one. ChatGPT can promise things and then not deliver.
That would be huge if it can build such a Bot for me. Honestly it would be a game changer for me.
Time will tell.

Hi Mel!
I used AI to scape my website content to create a book in my niche. It was a slow process once the outline was generated, but it helped me to create the framework of the book.
It's now 130 pages, but will grow as I fill in with more content. My aim is to publish with Kindle.
AI has been very helpful in this process, so far.

Hi Mel,
I think one of Chats flaws is time.
Last month, I asked it to put together a strategy plan - it was a bit complicated and required Chat to create some tools. It said it needed a few days and it would be ready for launching by the Friday.
On the Thursday, I asked for a progress update and it confirmed it would be ready by Friday. On the Friday, I asked how it was going and it continued to say it would be ready by Friday. It was Sunday before I received it.
No complaints on the finished item - it was good. But Chats timing is not the same as our timing.
My biggest issue with Chat at the moment is memory. I keep getting memory full and don't seem to have any way of expanding the memory. So, I'm downloading some projects and running them from an external hard drive.
