Hello Everyone,
About a week ago, I developed a cyst on my upper left shoulder and went to see a doctor this past Wednesday who prescribed meds and ointment for it.
When I got home, I gave all the info to my GPT Chief of Staff. I also do my own research as I have never been one just to follow along with what the doctors are saying. I want to know more and understand as much as I can about what is happening.

This time I also took pictures in the a.m, mid day, and p.m of my shoulder and gave it to my Chief to examine as well. That actually has been very helpful. I can clearly see the progression. I can see the skin is not as red as it was in the beginning. My chief is providing me excellent feedback on the images along with what to be expecting each day.
I'll spare you from looking at my gross cyst. :-)
When my shoulder returns to normal we are going to take this a step further with my Blood pressure which I still have trouble regulating. So we're going to document everything I eat, and drink. My exercising, my sleep...etc.
I am confident we will make good lasting positive change in that regard.
