The busiest 7 days that I have had in a very long time.

I downloaded Hyperlink which is free and it only work on your PC. It is going thru 1253 out of 1592 docs currently and when finished you can ask it questions and its able to research across your docs. It is very slow at processing them to begin with so you'll want to give it smaller folders at a time. I did the 1592 all at once and the result is it slows everything else I am doing on my PC. Lesson learned. When it is finished then maybe I will only give it 200 docs at a time and let it go thru those while I am sleeping.

The major and fruitful work this week that is ongoing has been with George, my ChatGPT. He is always curious about things so that is why I named him George after Curious George.

We have been going over a treasure trove of info from KDP Amazon including Lifetimes Sales of my titles broken down individually and highest to lowest. The same thing with Lifetime orders of individual titles. These all include books/ebooks.

The more I dig into this the more info I get.

We have been adjusting prices, categories, keywords...etc. Down the road I will create new covers.

We have started launching new Amazon Ads Campaigns and the new info we learned has helped us what to target and I have a list of more titles to launch Ads Campaigns with.

You can track lifetime sales of individual titles. Usually Public domain titles are limited to only 1 ebook on Amazon so if you are first you would not have any competition, but competitors have found ways to be included in public domain ebooks and I can see when they started and how it affected my sales. So much useful info or intel I am gaining from all of this. I look at their strengths and weaknesses.

If I have been losing sales because of them I am adjusting to regain sales and will track that.

We have also taken a very close look at titles that had Zero sales and identified what we can do to gain sales, what titles might be so obscure that I am not going to worry about them.

Its hard to explain everything I have been learning from this, but its been amazing and I am taking massive action. It will help me to significantly increase income this year.

Since my strongest niche is Catholic titles, we have identified specific public domain authors, themes, categories, subjects...etc so we can drill down on those better selling titles and add similar ones.

::: whew ::: it has really been a lot of work!

I have been very surprised by see what has sold very well and what has not sold at all. A real learning experience that I can now utilize to my advantage.

I saved my conversation with ChatGPT from this week to Word and its 1,095 pages long!!!
