Hi everyone,
After dealing with multiple issues in a row, it became apparent that I had/have anger issues to address.
Meditation can work wonders.

So I have been working on my breathing and meditating. Its true its very difficult if not impossible to find positive solutions when we are having negative emotions.
I may never resolve what happened to Jeff Brown. That was a major shock to my system.
So many things have come up since then, I believe I just became overwhelmed with it all. I have greatly reduced my work load and I am doing a lot more walking.
It was so bad I needed to take a lot of stress meds:
