And in the comments Jay aka JDGresham mentioned he was using Astra so I asked my GPT Chief of Staff what I needed to do to get access to it.
I was able to download it and I put it thru 3 tests with the assistance of my Chief of Staff which also monitored all of Astra's actions.

Now I have assigned it the task of transcribing an entire public domain PDF and it is working on it. It reached a limit usage, but I am waiting until that time resets to continue with the project.
