Humbled and Inspired - Launching A New Business With AI

First, a heads up that I will posting less on WA, but I'll try to at least do a recap once a month of what I have been up to.

I read this article from Inc: The 1-employee billion-dollar startup: How AI is changing the face of solopreneurship

I was both humbled and inspired at the same time, because I have talked about doing this and yet it seemed far, far away.

"Michael Gallagher launched Medvi, a telehealth startup, with just $20,000 and—for a time—no employees beyond himself. Instead of hiring a traditional team, he relied on tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok to write code, generate marketing copy, build his website, and even handle customer service. “It’s not an A.I. company, but I did it with A.I.,” he told The New York Times.
The results were staggering. In its first month, Medvi attracted 300 customers. A month later, that number climbed by another 1,000. By 2025—its first full year in business—the company generated $401 million in sales and served more than 250,000 customers. This year, it is on track to reach $1.8 billion in revenue."

WOW!

So after eating my humble pie, I went to Claude Pro and shared the story and asked for options to do something similar and from there it asked questions and back and forth we went until we narrowed down the business we are launching in the next 30 days.

I've already tweaked the website we are going to use and started a new Substack account that will be a teaser and lead people to my website which will eventually lead hopefully to a paid subscription along with the possibility for book sales.

Our next step is to build our first weeks content and get the AI workflow going.

Target Year 1 - 500 subscribers = $3,950–$4,750/month

Doubling every year thereafter.

Monitoring and making adjustments in the first 90 days are important.

I'm looking forward to building this.

I already had decided to spend less time on WA after finishing my Income taxes. The time I spent here applied instead to my publishing business will increase my income. Its as simple as that.

I strongly urge you to look more closely into AI to build your income/grow your business.
