Happiness is a Choice

Yes, definitely, happiness is a choice. Experts suggest, that if you want to be happy the whole day, start you day with a beautiful smile. I know to some gets up early in the morning is a personal struggle. I for one is a person who hates waking up early in the morning.

But, the reality is, we have to do this every day. We have to wake up to do our everyday activities so that we will be able to work on the dream, we dream of. I suggest, when you wake up Happy, that will light your whole day. Believe me or not. If you do that, you will be blessed.

There are 10,000 reason for our heart to find. What we have to do is to connect to the giver of life, that Almighty Father. If you will put on our life to Him we can achieve the total happiness we are aiming.

Remember, We are created by our parents with happy feeling. So, There is no reason to be sad.

Choose to be happy, the world is very sad this time, all people around the universe is sad due to the pandemic. Do not put on so much worry because by doing so, are more susceptible to any diseases.
