All In One SEO Question???

Hi guys. I have a question about the "All In One Seo Pack" plugin. The problem is that I used to have it set up on my coconut oil website but for some reason lost it. When I try to re-install the plugin I get this message:
Right now I'm using the "seo for wordpress" plugin which I don't know how good it is. My questions are:
1. Should I just keep the plugin I already have which is "seo for wordpress"?
2. If not, then how can I delete this destination folder in the back end of mty ws and re-install the "all in one seo pack"?
If anyone can help, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks.
