Persuasion and Persistence can Pay
I have been working on getting a struggling family member to join Wealthy Affiliates to create a website and try to create an income stream. I have finally managed to get him signed up and hopefully he will get some benefit out of it.wealthy
I really feel that the value in the Wealthy Affiliate training is like nothing else I have come across in any other training program. Therefore I feel like I need to share it with my loved ones so they too can try to get some benefit out of it.
Does anyone else feel the same way? Have you also shared the opportunity and has that person had success? I would love to hear from anyone else who feels the same way. I am a firm believer in that success or the tools to success should be shared.
Why would I want to keep it a secret? Afterall - their success is my success as we keep being told. But at the end of the day you can lead a horse to water right? I am hoping I can share this system with a few other family members who could do with the income and have some time on their hands. Convincing them may be the tricky part.
What works for you?

Of course you should share your experience and excitement. Then it's up to them to follow through. Setting a good example and getting the results you want are the best way to convince someone.

Yes Melanie great mindset !!! What I want to do is as soon as I am making some decent money like a few thousand a month that's when I will feel confident to reach out to some of my friends who are not as well off as me and teach them the wa system ! I will even pay for for there first 3 or 4 months to get them started because i think this is a good system to free people and lift them out of the dark ha ha , all the best Melanie !!!
In fact persistence is persuasion in itself. I will remain persistent to impress to the minds of others that what I am doing is worth the labor.
Good for you, Melanie, we are all here to help!
I think it's wonderful you are helping him!

Yes, there are friends I would love to see here and learning and succeeding, but it is up to them to want to do this and do the work required and spend the time required to succeed. - shirley

Great news! Good luck to him and hope he finds WA as wonderful as we all do.
I find, when I talk to people about WA, they kinda stop being interested when I mention one actually needs to work hard and study quite a bit.
Not sure if people expect the success just to fall from the sky lol
Best,
