Just when you think.
....you are on track the wheels come off.
So yesterday I was raring to go. I have my new computer. I had big plans for today. However, the wheels came off. Life has gotten in the road - yet again.
Yesterday phone call from the mechanic - sorry but you need this and this done - goodbye $1000.
Yesterday smoke detectors go off - notice smoke in the laundry - rip out the dryer and tell the kids do not use it. House not on fire = very good thing. But need a new dryer.
This morning whilst dropping my daughter to work, my son calls (literally 3 minutes after we left the house) - we have lights but no power points are working. So get home about 40 minutes later and do process of elimination to work out what is tripping the house. Goodbye washing machine. Goodbye another $2000 to replace washer and dryer.
Arrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh = no blog work done this morning as I try to resolve all these issues. Appointment in 2 hours so have to leave in an hour so nothing much for the rest of the day!
Why can't life just give me a breather so I can get my website making money? Please universe assist me in working towards my dreams!!!

Life can be really mean to us at times. My question is how come it all has to happen at once? I went through something similar a couple months ago as my heater quit and then when we had someone come out he said we really needed to replace the air-conditioning unit as well got those all installed and it was the hot water heater that quit. It does get better after everything is replaced but I am thinking we should not have to worry about those things for several years now. I hope.

Oh my. Yes life has a way of creeping in. You know what John Lennon said? Life is what happens while your busy making plans. SO true.
I must admit the washing bedding by hand made me laugh. Thank you for that.
All bad stuff seems to happen all at once, but as we move through life we are going to constantly face all sorts of adversity and it is our ability to overcome these situations and be resourceful during them that leads to achievement.
I hope you get all your current situations addressed, but stay positive, keep your head up, and continually push hard (and even harder) when it feels like nothing is going your way. On the other side there are always going to be positive outcomes.
It's just frustrating as I've patiently waited for my brother to get my new laptop sorted for me and it arrived on Sunday. I now have a computer that isn't crashing every time I open more than two things at once. I was looking forward today to just writing and writing without the threat of a crash taking my hard work with it! Oh well, tomorrow is another day. New washing machine being delivered in the morning. Teenage son is currently reliving the 1930's by hand washing his bedding that was in the washing machine when it shorted out ;)
Sometimes you need to reach the low point to make the highs that much better.
Sorry for your trials and tribulations. Sounds like it will be easy to have a better day in the future.
