Why didn't I start earlier?! - My new website is almost ready
I started a personal blog already at the beginning of 2015. I wrote posts about fitness, lifestyle, recipes and so on. But I actually rather used it as my diary that everyone can read.
And now I am asking myself: why didn't I step up my affiliate marketing game much earlier? I used amazon-links and worked with a few brands now and then, but never really focused on it. I worked with a convenient Wix-site, which basically worked like Powerpoint. It was a quick fix, but kind of limited.
So now, I am currently redesigning my whole blog here with WA and Wordpress.
My plan: transferring all the posts from my old blog to the new one, so that the website is already filled with content, when I start posting more 'keyword-conscious' posts.
I thought this is a good way to keep people interested in my website, once they found it.

Does Wix have a way to export your content so you can import into Wordpress? If it's only a handful of posts, that wouldn't really be worth it. But I have a political blog that I've been writing on since 2013 and I moved it to a private archive to preserve the content...if I had to do that manually, I would have cried.
I actually have to check if they have such an option, not sure if I will transfer all posts, but in total it's at least 50-60, I think... let's see if I start crying ;)
