Getting out of our comfort zone
I read a comment this morning that made me think about
Our comfort zone and how hard it is for some to step out and
Try something new. I myself was like that at one point in my life
Getting into sales years ago broke that quickly, if I was going eat!
It’s human nature to “just go with the flow”, I usually can tell when someone
I’m talking with about something new responds with “well I’m going to give a try”,
or “give it A shot” and see what happens? Isn’t that like dipping your toe in the
water to see if you want To jump in?
I think sometimes when taking on a new task there is a tendency to get
overwhelmed at The big picture.
I try to start at the beginning, take small steps and don’t try and look at the end I find Helps me approach something with a new perspective.I believe there is sometimes that little voice saying well, what If I can’t do this? Or what if I fail? What’s the worst case scenario? Start over!
Someone once told me that a problem is nothing more than the solution you just haven’t arrived at yet!
Keep it simple.

Hi MT.......That's a good attitude that you have! You know what they say...."Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference." Keeping it simple *for me* is also "the way to go".
Thanks Melanie,
Ive never heard that before," Attitude is a little thing that makes a Big difference I like it! Thank you for that.
I think you are on to something, change is not easy for many people to accept. We do tend to get into our grooves, ruts and ways and have a difficult time breaking out. You know "if it isn't broke don't fix it" comes to mind. I also read that if we don't act on an impulse in the first 3 seconds we won't. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
good point bap, I like to say too that being up for the challenge is half the battle, if your not up to take it on, don't get involved.right?

KISS is a sales acronym for Keep It Simple Stupid. I think it fits perfectly for what we do here.
Thanks for the reminder to KISS. (Ha ha ha)
