lost a job, what else is on the horizon?

Lost my tech support job. I think mainly the fault was mine but my former employer could have been more up front about things in the beginning. Also only had a few days or training and other service desks have been more forgiving about the same kind of mistakes. Also dont like how it was handled. They let me go early on the day before Thansgiving. Ok I was fine with that. Then I get a call that I have been let go. I feel that letting me go could have been handled better. Well that is how corporate America works. Yes many people work and thrive and do well in these kinds of jobs. But with the many money making possibilites online I dont want to be stuck in a corporate job or get let go or laid off again and have a long time searching for a new one and worrying about losing it again.

Right now I have a friend that may be able to help me get a new job. If I get a new job and it lasts for a while (more than a week and a half or a month) here is what I want to do: Use the funds to continue researching, learning and go about marketing in my free time. I already have gone yearly with the lower rate from the black friday deal. I need to get back into reviewing the training and getting real traffic to my site and get around to creating a second one. So I have been down and not feeling motivated but know somehow I can change all that. I want a better life. Work needs to start to getting where I want to be knowing that I can do it even if I dont always believe it.
