focus on the positive things
Right now I am trying to focus on more positive things. I have worked on a post for my blog but have some writers block. I will get to publishing the post soon. While going through a rough spot I have been able to find something at a time when all can seem negative.
Months ago I started eating better. I would at times make better choices with what I would eat and try to eat less overall. In the past few months I have been doing on demand workouts that are free on our cable. I found them last year when it was really cold outside or the weather was too bad to go for a walk. I have been doing 2 of the workouts twice a day. During my session with my therapist I talked about what I was doing and he mentioned he used to practice martial arts and keep in shape that way but was not able to because of his hours at his practice. On the way out we passed by another doctors office where the person was not in but there was a scale. My therapist weighed himself and he was a little down because he had gained some weight. I was not going to a first but decided to weigh myself and found out that I had lost 13 pounds in about 7 weeks.
I do have to be careful because I did a step workout and am really sore right now. But this has given me something positive to focus on when I need something positive in my life. So my message is when you are down find anything in your life that you find gives you any level of happiness. Focus on that. Also seek help when you have real emotional problems. All the best.
