Summer is here and everyone is out and about. People are once again dragging out their grills and lawn chairs and making plans to soak up some warmth and enjoy spending time with family and friends outdoors. Some have been bitten by the construction bug and are putting up yard structures so they can enjoy the warmth, but in the shade.
What am I doing? Playing with my computer...I mean blogging...working. I look out the window and think wouldn't it be nice to go out there and do some summer things? Or I hear one of my kids saying 'go outside daddy' and I say, 'later, I have to finish what I am doing.'
I suppose through it all, I still have to be thankful that I can blog, after all some people cannot do that, I am thankful that I have healthy kids who want to go out to play. I am thankful for the nice weather we are having.
