My Pinterest Views Are Starting to Come Back!
About a week and a half ago I posted about the latest Pinterest update and how it had my Pinterest views (specifically the daily impressions and average daily viewers from my website) tanking. These are what the stats looked like back on January 16th.

Is the update over? I think so. At least, I'm not getting that "we're updating how we calculate your views" message at the top of my screen that I was seeing every day for the past week or so. Hopefully, the update is over, and my Pinterest views will recover.
One thing I didn't do, that so many other people were doing, apparently, was panic and switch up my Pinterest strategy. I stayed the course. I stayed a member of all my group boards, didn't delete anything, I kept posting as usual every day, and I kept using BoardBooster to recycle old pins.
And I think my strategy is now paying off. It may be too soon to tell. After all, this is only one day. But I think I made the right decision to not change anything up during the update. Whether I'm going to need to switch it up now that the update is over remains to be seen.

The same happened to me back in January, but it's happening again. I was about to hit 1M views per month and then it started tanking. Any advice? I'm beginning to freak out and I've been using the same strategy I've been using for months.
I've seen the same thing happen since I posted this. Views started going up steadily, and then they tanked. And now they're going up again. I don't really know what to make of it all at this point.
Right now I'm trying to revamp my personal profile and boards. I'm making all new board covers, and I've created a new board to focus on my most popular pins that are specifically from my website. Also, I've re-positioned my most popular boards to appear first in the lineup.
Thank you so much! These are great tips! I will start implementing them ASAP! :) Have a great week!
Mishael, I listened to you and I did not delete any group. I waited for the Pinterest update to pass and everything started for me better. Thank you for your advice!
