I must be going mad
Have you ever been in a position where you find yourself thinking ... "I must be going mad?"
I found myself thinking this today when I couldn't get a simple process on the computer to work ... namely - print a document. Something I have done thousands of times before but today completing this simple task eluded me.
In situations like this I tend to ask myself a single question "what am I meant to learn from this"
Simply enough but quite profound when you realise that when you take the simplest tasks for granted you create more work for yourself.
What does this mean ... well I don't know that is why I am writing this blog. What does this mean for you?
Really I do know what it means for me but I am interested in knowing what this simple statement means to you.
Let me know in the comments below.
Have a magnificent day.

I think you learn after you realize you're not mad, that there are reasons for things. Stress will make you forget the simplest things. An overload of it will start to make you doubt you're alive. When I get overwhelmed like that, I breathe deeply, in and out, and then take another look at what I was doing. It helps.
I agree and it does help to breathe because when you are overwhelmed you tend to stop or shallow breathe. Thanks Carla :-)

I think we try to do too many things at once now and our brains can't handle all the data being thrown at it. It happens when I'm stressed then I feel like I'm going mad and get more stressed and it becomes a vicious cycle. Yoga teaches you to stop and take 3 long, deep breathes in and out. It's like a reboot to your brain. Just my take. ~Debbi
