3 weeks at WA
So it's been 3 weeks since I started at Wealthy Affiliate. I'm enjoying the training , I'm at level 4 lesson 7. I never really had any experience in this field before joining WA. I started a website at the start of the training which didn't really work out that well, I may use it as a hobby later. Then I built https://greenfriendlybuilding.... which has been an enjoyable experience learning about a subject that I only had a passive interest in previously. I believe there are several ways I can monetize this site, due to my training here. I need to work on my content writing though. I am slowly starting to get visits to my site and slowly getting it out there to the target audience. My Facebook page has been getting a little bit of traffic too, without me having to pay to "boost" it at all [which is all they send me notifications about]. I will see if I can get some results without having to pay for it. My goal in the next 3 months is too get two other websites I have domains for up and running and indexed on google, and have some regular traffic flow on my main site at the moment. In 6 months I would like to see traffic on all 3 sites and hopefully more at that stage too, and some consistent revenue would be nice too. I'm working hard to achieve this and hopefully I can hit the right niches. Thanks Kyle and Carson for providing us with this awesome platform and community

Sounds as if you're coming along quite well, Matt.
Just a word of caution in setting up too many sites at once. Many times, I've read from those who are more experienced, that sometimes it's best to focus on one site until it's where you want it to be, before creating another one.
I think people often focus on how many sites they want, as opposed to what they want that one site to be.
Just my thoughts....all the best as you continue on your journey, Matt
Thanks for the sound advice. I will definitely take this on board. It is tricky to stay focused on one thing when you have heaps of ideas. Thanks again and good luck to you too
I feel you Matt....I'm not claiming to have mastered this, but I definitely have improved. And the thing is, there's no law that says you can only do one thing, it's about finding what will be best for what you want.
